They do however then make use of the CSS3 transition for a little extra finish to them - it&#039;s not &quot;just using webkit&quot; as the transition property is an upcoming CSS3 property and if support was afforded in other browsers could be written as -moz-transition -o-transition or even just transition.&lt;/p&gt;
