I never did buy into that ‘must-not-use-tables’ snobbery. It works brilliantly and keeps things orderly.
Got to say though, I would never of thought of ALT tagging my images in an email newletters! Thank you! I go out of my way to make sure I do it on my websites, but for some reason, I don’t in my emails.
I’m sure you are getting a lot of this already, but genuinely, thank you for those tips, I have found them very useful indeed.

I also think that customers are often more forgiving of less-than-perfect emails. The smart ones realize that a single email cannot be properly rendered in every client.
